Description:
This course will teach you:
How to transform yourself into the tennis player you want to become
How to perform fundamental and essential activities to improve your game
Hand-eye coordination skills
How to rally (hit back and forth) with a partner with control
It consists of the following 4 modules:
1. Understanding the Game
2. Moving and blocking the ball
3. Rally progressions
4. Rallying over the net with the partner.

Swing Like a Pro
Description:
This course will teach you:
How to move on the court and swing fluidly
Step by step physical movements to shape your tennis strokes
How to hit with slice and topspin
Positioning, stability and patterns of movements
Footwork and swinging technique to gain muscle memory
