Parents/guardians can choose to participate in the lesson with their child.  Though it’s not required.

Classes are held indoors during the winter and outdoors when weather permits in the early fall, spring and summer.
Racquets and balls provided. Athletic wear, water bottles, and cross-training shoes suggested.

Tennis themed fitness for all adults.  A total body conditioning class with high interval intensity training. Get fit for life and tennis, while also learning tennis technique. It offers modifications for all levels of tennis and fitness.
